  1. Wow! You have really leaned out girl! Is this all from Tracy or do you do other workouts?

    1. Hi Loretta! Yup, this is all The result of Tracy workouts. I chronicled my whole bootcamp journey on this blog! I recently started adding Hamelin cardio to Dane cardio (along with his abs for my 10 day challenge!) I think it's good to mix it up-- especially when Hamelin's workout philosophy is so similar to Tracy's. What is your workout regimen like?

  2. Hi Parker! I've been doing Tracy for a few years now, with breaks here and there. I did her Mat workout for a long time when that was all there was. I love running and have done a few races and although it has never been part of Tracy's philosophy, I find that I never get quite the workout or the high I get from running as cardio. Up until a couple of months ago I hadn't been doing any muscular structure and getting loose so I started Meta Omni. My goal was not to lose weight, but to tone up and I have really noticed that happen quickly combining meta and running. I am 36 as well so it seems like I spend more and more of my life working out! LOL. It seems like you have really come a long way. I think the challenge once you reach your goal is to maintain the gains made and stay interested in the workouts. For me fitness is a way of life at this point but I still need to see progress and not stagnate. I love your blog!!

    1. Loretta-- I don't know how I missed this last message of yours! I love running too, but I blew my knees out after running a couple marathons some years back and have not ventured back into jogging at all. I really love the diversity of dance cardio and feel like I get the best results from that type of movement based cardio.

Thanks so much for reading and I adore your blog too...Yesterday, on my first day of the cleanse, I literally salivated over your buffalo chicken recipe!! xxoo
