The Method

Bottom Line: This is my favorite exercise method because it works.

I ran marathons, took a zillion spin classes and still suffered from ultra muscular, chunky thighs.  There's nothing wrong with ultra muscular, chunky thighs, but it wasn't exactly the, uh, aesthetic I was going for.  Call it a celebrity fitness craze with a cult following-- it's probably all of those things....But it works for me.
